Hytte House is a comfy and luxurious 3-bedroom house in Brancaster Staithe, perfect for holidays with friends or family. Built in 2026, it sits just two minutes from the harbour, fifty yards from the Jolly Sailors, and moments from the Norfolk Coast Path. Designed with scandinavian styling, it offers three en-suite bedrooms, generous living space and the same warm welcome that guests have come to expect from Brancaster Stays.

Hytte House blends Scandinavian-inspired design with practical comfort. Three en-suite bedrooms, open-plan living and high-end interior create a relaxed space where everyone can enjoy time together.

The North Norfolk coast is beautiful in every season, and Hytte House has been designed to be enjoyed all year round whilst remaining environmentally friendly. Underfloor heating throughout with 96/100 environmental impact rating keeps every room warm and welcoming even on the coldest days.

Every booking includes fresh linen, towels, super-fast WiFi, Extensive TV package (Sky Entertainment, Netflix, Disney+ and HBO) off-street parking and EV charging. If you’d like to make your stay even more memorable, Thomas and Jude can arrange a selection of optional extras before you arrive including a breakfast and drinks package.

How many does Hytte House sleep?
Seven, across three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite and an office with a single sofa bed option. Up to ten with the two apartments next door.
Are children welcome?
Yes. The house is suitable for families and equipped with a high chair, a travel cot, and children’s knives and forks set.
Are dogs allowed?
One well-behaved dog is welcome by arrangement, with a small charge and a waiver to be signed which includes details about what happens in the event of damage or extra cleaning costs.
Where exactly is it?
Common Lane, in the middle of Brancaster Staithe — two minutes from the harbour, fifty yards from the Jolly Sailors, with the coast path at the end of the lane.
Is it warm in winter?
Yes. Underfloor heating throughout, exceptionally good insultation and an air-source heat pump. There is also a sauna available for private hire.
