We have always offered a full refund for cancellations made more than 5 days ahead of arrival.

If Coronavirus requires us to close then we will offer a full refund to anyone who has booked. Please note that the apartments are completely separate and there are no communal areas inside.
The rooms are deep cleaned between visitors, minimising the risk of contracting the virus.

House Rules

  • Check-in after 3 pm – call us if this is inconvenient as it depends on how busy we are
  • Check-out by 10 am – sometimes we allow a later checkout at our discretion
  • No pets in the rooms at any time
  • No children (under teenage)
  • Please speak to us if you have any special requests such as dietary requirements. We can normally accommodate these if we have enough notice
